Course: Do What Matters

Learn life-changing skills!

Are you having a hard time dealing with your thoughts and emotions? Do you sometimes feel stuck? Trouble concentrating on your studies and maintaining healthy relationships? Then this course might be something for you! As a participant in this course you will be provided with a variety of practical tools and strategies. You will learn skills that will help you pivot towards a more rich and meaningful life!

Learn to:

  • cultivate meaningful relationships
  • manage difficult thoughts and emotions such as anxiety and low mood more efficiently
  • set realistic goals in different life areas based on your values
  • concentrate more efficiently on your studies
  • be more present in the moment
  • flexibly relate to what shows up in you and do more of what is really matters to you

The theortical frame work for this course is ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

Starts on 5 November, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The course will run for six Tuesday afternoons:
5 November, 12 November, 19 November, 26 November,

3 December, 10 December 2024.

Location: in House K.

Counsellor and CBT-therapist: Victoria Wendel

The group will consist of maximum 8 participants.
