Well-attended spring celebration at Walpurgis

On Walpurgis Night, Saturday 30 April, the traditional spring celebration at Jönköping University was finally held again. After a pandemic break for the past two years, this year there was a record attendance who got to listen to choir singing and spring speech in beautiful sunshine.

Songs were performed by the Jönköping University Vocal Ensemble, JUVE, conducted by director musices Dan Boberg. Marie Ernsth Bravell, Dean at School of Health and Welfare, held a spring speech. Mona Sörman, study counsellor at JU, acted as compere for the celebration.
