Forskningsprofil

Anettes forskning fokuserar på innovation och entreprenörskap i etablerade företag, särskilt i sammanhang som kännetecknas av osäkerhet.  Anettes forskningsprojekt sker vanligtvis i samverkan med näringslivet. Tidigare projekt handlar exempelvis om innovationsförmåga bland små- och medelstora tillverkningsföretag och om digital innovation i tidningsbranschen. Ett pågående projekt (PropAIr) är knutet till forskningsprofilen AFAIR inom forskningsmiljön SPARK vid Tekniska Högskolan i Jönköping och fokuserar hur industrin proaktivt kan arbeta med sitt ledarskap och sin organisation för att integrera artificiell intelligens i verksamheten. Projektet KOMPET söker ny kunskap och nya arbetssätt för att säkra kompetensförsörjningen för svensk metallindustri. Anette är även aktiv i utvecklingsprojektet AI Readiness 2.0 i samarbete med Science Park Jönköping riktat mot små- och medelstora regionala företag.

Bakgrund

Anette har en doktorsexamen i företagsadministration från Jönköping International Business School (JIBS, 2014) och har tidigare arbetat med affärsutveckling och marknadsföring inom B2B- och B2C-branscher. Hon har erfarenhet som lärare och forskare vid Tekniska Högskolan och vid JIBS, har varit avdelningschef och Associate Dean of Faculty.
