Charlotte Karlsson

Charlotte Karlsson is a trained pediatric nurse and PhD student in disability science. Her licentiate project is part of the research program "Mental Health and Participation in Habilitation for Children and Adolescents with Disabilities" (CHILD-PMH).

Charlotte's project is about describing children's and parents' experiences of participation in the various stages of habilitation work, from mapping the child's disability to evaluating the interventions carried out within child and youth habilitation.

Charlotte is a member of the interprofessional research environment CHILD at Jönköping University, which conducts nationally leading and internationally recognized research on children in need of special support. It is an interdisciplinary environment that examines children's needs, development, and future.
