Janaki is currently a doctoral student involved in the R3Wood project, where her research is centered on enhancing the resilience of the Swedish wood house industry through the application of risk management techniques.

She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Quality and Operations Management from Chalmers University of Technology, along with a Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India. With over 5 years of academic experience, Janaki has taught various courses within the realms of engineering and management, including Operations Research, Product Design and Development, Engineering Ethics, Financial Management, and Industrial Engineering.
