I started my career at Bain&Co before developing an international career at industrical companies (Shell and Lafarge) working in business leadership roles in Europe, Asia, Africa, the US and Canada. I then spent 14 years as a partner in NY, Washington DC and Lisbon at Executive Search and Board Advisory firm Egon Zehnder. At Egon Zehnder I advised several families around the globe on their inter-generational transitions, family successsion, governance and developing Family Constitutions. I took the course as a foundation when I decided to become an independent family advisor based between Europe and the US.
